Reinforced springs

Reinforced springs or loading docks are designed to maintain the original height in vehicles subjected to loads, for example vans or passenger cars with trailers.

We have 3 possible options.

• The VV – Height Lowering Spring Kit, in the “I” – Height Difference column, tells us in mm, how much it lowers per axle with this set of springs.

• The HV – Spring reinforcement, auxiliary, replacement and/or elevation, is the most complex. Unless otherwise stated, they are systems for the rear axle. The last digit of the reference indicates:

HV-…..0 : is a reinforcement kit, which is installed parallel to the original suspension system.

HV-…..1 : This is a kit of 4 springs, normally to raise and/or reinforce the complete set of both axles. Normally, there are 4 replacement springs, but in older vehicles, it may be the case that they are replacement springs on the front axle and auxiliary springs on the rear axle.

HV-…..3 : It is a kit of auxiliary springs mounted on the original shock absorber.

HV-…..5 : It is a kit of auxiliary springs, mounted inside the original spring.

HV-….8 : Pair of reinforced replacement springs.

• The NR – Pneumatic, are the same as the HV. They can be used as a replacement or as an auxiliary for the original suspension. They are found in different formats and the reference will indicate this. The same as with the HV, but in this case, the code of the final letters will give us the information.

NR-…….. : When there is no final letter, they are usually light balloons. They are red and are placed inside the original spring. They include a pipe and a panel with Schrader valves to regulate the pressure of the balloons, with an external compressor.

NR-….-B : Basic balloon kit. Includes normal balloons, with the same equipment as the light ones. Balloons, supports, pipe and panel with Schrader valves to regulate pressure with external compressor.

NR-….-C : Air spring comfort kit. Includes a complete set of air springs, brackets, pipes, on-board compressor and control panel. In this case, the panel and compressor are with universal bracket.

NR-….-CS : Airbag comfort kit. Includes the same as the previous one, but the panel has a specific shape to be mounted on the vehicle's dashboard.

NR-….-CM: Air spring comfort kit. Includes the same as the previous one, but with a specific support for mounting the compressor.

NR-….-R à Kit Automatic. It is a set of cylinders, with compressor and an auto-level sensor.
