  • How are refunds made? How long do they take?

When there is a stock shortage, a withdrawal from the purchase or any circumstance requiring a refund, it will be made using the same method by which the payment was received.

From the moment the refund is notified (for whatever reason) until it is made, up to 14 days may pass, as stipulated by current law. This period may be shorter depending on the administrative workload involved, as credit invoices must be issued manually.

Once the refund has been made, it may be held by the receiving company for an indefinite period. Bizum, for example, sometimes takes 2 days to release the funds, and sometimes 20 or more.

If the refund is made to a credit card, the funds will probably be counted in the monthly statement and not show up instantly.

  • Is everything I see in stock?

No. As stated in our general terms of use , and although we strive to keep our fastest-moving items permanently in stock, our website has more than 230,000 references, which makes it impossible to have everything in stock.

That is why we recommend that, if you need a product urgently and are not sure about its stock, you check its availability with us.

  • What does the warranty cover? Are there any costs?

The warranty covers any manufacturing defect in the product purchased.

In this case the defective product will be replaced.

Products under warranty must always be accompanied by the following form, describing in detail the fault or anomaly detected and providing photographs wherever possible.

    Warranty form.

Any material sent without this document will not be inspected.

  • How do I send something under warranty?

You can use the carrier of your choice. Remember that you are solely responsible for the shipment until it is received, so we suggest handing the goods to the carrier properly documented and packed.

Shipping costs are paid by the buyer, and if the warranty claim is accepted, the return shipping costs are covered by the company or the manufacturer.

In some cases, warranty claims may have to be handled directly with the manufacturer for technical reasons.

  • How can I contact you?

We offer several ways to contact us. Although the phone may seem the fastest, it is not always available, due to line overload, workload peaks or other internal tasks.

That is why we recommend one of the following alternatives to the phone:

    • TICKETS: the easiest way. Just go to your user panel, select the order (if you have placed one) and submit your question.
    • Email: we answer almost all of them the same day, although some require a lot of time, which can mean other emails are not answered until 48/72 working hours later.
    • WhatsApp: you can find it on the right-hand edge of the website. Remember that it is only available during business hours.

Please note that for online orders you can only contact us by email or support ticket, to avoid errors in handling the information provided.

  • Is shipping 24h?

We use a 24h service for shipping, although some locations, such as the islands, can take up to 72h.

In some regions carriers make a single outbound dispatch at midday, so if the goods are collected from our store in the afternoon, they will not leave until the following day, i.e. 48h.

Bear in mind that this time frame runs from when the shipment is dispatched, not from when you place the order. Order lead times are published in the website's General Terms of Use.

  • What payment methods are available?

    Our main payment methods are:

    • Credit/debit card: the fastest
    • Bizum: the simplest
    • Bank transfer: the slowest.
    • Financing: if you want to spread your payments over up to 12 months.

The fastest ways to get your order processed are those with instant payment. With a bank transfer, receipt of funds can take 2-3 days; keep this in mind if the item has to be ordered from the manufacturer, as orders are placed on specific days.

  • Why has my financing been declined?

Although 95% of financing requests are approved, there are cases in which they are declined.

Unfortunately, for data protection reasons the finance company does not disclose the reasons for refusal, but based on experience we can say that the most common reasons are:

    • Being listed in debtor files such as Asnef (even if only for €1 owed to a mobile phone operator)
    • Having requested and currently having another deferred payment in progress.
    • Requesting more than can actually be financed (for example, having a monthly card limit of €1,000 and requesting to split €5,000 over 2 months).

  • Who manages the financing?

Deferred payment is managed by an external company called Sequra

When you apply, you will be redirected to the finance company's page, where you will be asked for details such as:

    • First and last name
    • ID number
    • Employment status
    • Approximate income
    • Credit card

With these details you will find out instantly whether or not the payment split is approved.

  • Why isn't my order status being updated?

Although we work hard every day to provide as much information as possible about order status, sometimes during workload peaks statuses may not be updated daily.

This does not mean there is a problem with your order, only that it is progressing as normal.

For example, if your order status is "in transit to warehouse", the goods have already left the manufacturer for our facilities and are on their way. This status may not change for 1-2 days for domestic shipments, or 7-10 days for international shipments.

  • What are status updates?

They are each of the stages your order goes through from when you place it until you receive it.

    • Paid: this status only applies when payment is made by bank transfer.
    • Being processed: we are doing what is needed to handle your order, whether ordering from the manufacturer, checking our own stock or in production.
    • In progress: your order is now available.
    • Packed: the step before shipping.
    • Shipped: the carrier has been notified for collection and delivery
    • Issue: unfortunately, if it has not been shipped, your order is experiencing a setback.

In this last case there can be several variations. You will be notified with a detailed explanation, but these are the most common cases.

An issue status without a previous "Shipped" message may be due to a stock shortage (either at store or manufacturer level). Don't worry, we are working to deliver it to you as quickly as possible.

If your status is Issue after you have already received a "Shipped" status, it may mean that the carrier has notified us of a delay or loss, or that you have told us the package arrived damaged, with missing parts, etc.

  • What if I make a mistake in my order?

Although we take special care to provide as much information as possible in each product description, a product may not suit your needs.

Returning an item is very easy: just go to your user panel and, in the relevant order, select the product to return. Once the return is accepted, pack the product and attach the return label.

More information in the general terms of use.

  • Why can't I see the return option?

This option disappears automatically 14 calendar days after receipt of the product, as required by Spanish distance selling law.

If the message "you are not authorized to make returns" appears, it may be because the period has expired or because the nature of the item does not allow returns (you can check all cases in the terms and conditions of use).

  • How do I make a return?

To make a return, you must submit the request from your user panel within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Remember that you must meet the conditions set out and accepted in the terms of use.

    Once inside, follow 3 steps:

1- Select the item to return.

2- Explain the reason for the return clearly and concisely, since a wrong size is not the same as a wrong reference shipped, a manufacturing defect, etc. This will help us speed up the process

3- Click "Make RMA Return Voucher"

    devolucion1

Once you have completed these steps, you can see the return status in the My returns section:

Once we have confirmed the return, you will see it on the same screen and can download the authorization, which you must print and enclose with the goods.

Remember that the goods must be properly packed and sent carriage paid. The product's own packaging may not be used as shipping packaging, and the sender is responsible for the shipment until it is received.

The package must be clearly and visibly marked "RETURN no.: xxx", replacing xxx with the assigned RMA number.

Goods that are unidentified or do not comply with these instructions will not be accepted.

Once the return has been approved, contact us by email and we will provide the return address for the goods.

  • What if I'm not at home?

The carrier has all your details, so they will call or email you if you are not there at the time of delivery.

Due to data protection law, leaving delivery notes in building entrances is no longer allowed.

You can arrange a second delivery or collect your order from the carrier's premises.

Remember to bring proper identification and the tracking number for collection.

Remember also that there is a collection deadline; if the order is not collected it may be returned to our or the manufacturer's warehouse, incurring costs that you will have to bear.

  • What should I do if I receive a damaged package?

It is not common, but it can happen, especially at times of high shipping volume, such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc.

It is very important that, if the package delivered to you looks tampered with, dented, wet or shows any other sign of damage, you write on the delivery note: PENDING INSPECTION.

Then you must email us the order (or shipment) number and attach photographs within 24h of receipt.

This is an essential requirement for any claim against the carrier. If 24h pass without notification, there is no possibility of compensation or replacement of damaged or missing goods.

If this is not noted with the driver at the time of delivery, no claim is possible, as the carrier requires it to be recorded in this way.

Receipt by a third party (concierge, neighbor, family member) does not cancel this condition.

  • Can the carrier refuse to deliver goods to an apartment?

Although we pay special attention to carriers' care, in some cases it is not feasible (and they are not obliged) to carry bulky goods up to apartments; a phone call is enough to arrange delivery at the building entrance or a pickup from the carrier's premises.

This is very common with bulky goods such as boxes containing bucket seats, roll cages, gazebos, etc.

  • What should I do if I'm asked to pay for shipping?

Except in exceptional cases, all shipping costs are paid when the order is placed, but sometimes, due to carriers' IT errors, these costs are marked as payable on delivery.

If this happens, do not accept the order, as you have already paid for shipping, and contact us by email or ticket so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.

  • Where is the shipment tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, you can see the tracking number in your user panel and you will receive an email from the carrier confirming the shipment.

There are some exceptions, such as international or bulky shipments: even if your shipment has been marked as shipped, the tracking number cannot be added automatically, because each carrier uses its own tracking system. That is why, even if it shows as shipped by DHL, another company may make the delivery.

If your order does not show as shipped, you will not be able to see or check the tracking number, as it is still pending handover to the carrier.

  • What is the HANS and what is it for?

The HANS (Head And Neck Support) is a safety device that sits on the driver's shoulders and connects to the helmet with short tethers. Its job is to limit the head's forward movement during sudden deceleration, transferring the impact force to the shoulders and torso instead of concentrating it on the cervical vertebrae. It was developed in the 1980s by biomechanical engineer Robert Hubbard and reduces the risk of cervical fracture by up to 80% — a cause of death for many drivers throughout motorsport history, including Roland Ratzenberger in 1994.
