The Bell MAG-10 Pro Rally is an open-face (jet) rally helmet designed for high-level motorsport, where visibility and communication between driver and co-driver make the difference on every stage. Approved to the latest standards FIA 8859-2024 and SNELL SA2020, it is one of today's benchmarks for those seeking the latest in safety and performance without giving up low weight.
Its carbon, Kevlar and fibreglass composite laminate shell strikes an outstanding balance between impact resistance and lightness, reducing driver fatigue over long stages. The soft, ergonomic interior follows the contour of the head with multi-density removable cheek pads that allow the fit to be fine-tuned and comfort maintained kilometre after kilometre.
Communication and built-in intercom
This version Pro comes with a built-in intercom as standard, with ZeroNoiseelectronics: ultra-thin high-power speakers, a noise-cancelling microphone mounted on the half chin bar and acoustically insulated ear cups. The female Nexus connector is compatible with intercom units from other brands, so it integrates easily into your current communication system. The result is clear sound quality even with engine and aerodynamic noise on a timed stage.
Safety and visibility
It features HANS clips pre-installed at the factory, ready to take your FHR device without modifications. The removable half chin bar (HCB) allows quick access to the airways in an emergency without removing the helmet. And the integrated adjustable sun visor (smoked) helps maintain optimal vision on stages with changing light, a key detail in rally.

Does FIA 8859-2024 homologation expire?
FIA 8859-2024 is the most current standard, introduced in 2025, and is valid for rally, circuit and regularity events. It is the evolution of 8859-2015 with more demanding impact absorption requirements. Always check the supplementary regulations of your event, but as the most recent standard it covers you for current competitions.
Is the intercom compatible with my intercom unit?
Yes. The integrated ZeroNoise electronics use a female Nexus connector compatible with intercom units from other brands on the market, as well as ZeroNoise's own. If you have doubts about your specific system, contact us before buying.
Can I use it with any HANS device?
The helmet comes with HANS clips pre-installed at the factory, compatible with standard FIA-approved HANS/FHR devices. You simply attach your device to the side anchors.
