GLSi7Mg-T6 low-pressure casting
An advanced casting process using heat-treated (T6) aluminium-silicon-magnesium alloy. Low pressure ensures a uniform internal structure with no pores or imperfections. Subsequent machining on lathes and CNC centres achieves the exact tolerances motorsport demands.
Aerospace forged aluminium (Cinel Forged)
Cinel Forged models use forged aluminium of the same quality used in the aerospace industry. Forging compacts the aluminium's molecular structure, greatly increasing its fatigue and impact resistance with minimal weight. The design is validated by finite element analysis (FEA). The result is a monoblock wheel with the best strength-to-weight ratio on the market.

Frequently asked questions about Cinel Racing wheels
What is the difference between forged and cast Cinel wheels?
The low-pressure cast wheels (Racing range) are made by injecting molten aluminium into a mould under controlled pressure. The result is a very uniform, pore-free structure with excellent value for money for competition. The forged wheels (Cinel Forged / Turismo) start from a solid block of aluminium that is mechanically compacted: the molecular structure becomes denser and aligned, resulting in greater fatigue resistance, lower weight and greater impact absorption. Aerospace forging is the most demanding manufacturing technology in the industry.
Can Cinel Racing wheels be used on the road?
It depends on the division. Models in the Racing range are designed exclusively for competition and are not homologated for public roads. Models in the Turismo range are designed for road use and can come with TÜV documentation on request. If you need a Cinel wheel for the road, let us know and we will guide you to the right reference with the appropriate homologation.
Can I customise the offset and number of holes?
Yes. It is one of Cinel's strengths — each set is made to order with the exact geometry you need. You can specify offset (ET), bolt pattern (4 or 5 holes with the specific PCD), width and finish. Contact us with your car model and intended use and we will configure the exact specification. As they are made to measure, delivery takes longer than for stock wheels.
Which Cinel wheel is best for gravel rally?
For gravel, the reference is the Rally Gravel 15"model, designed specifically for the demands of rallying on unsealed surfaces. Its CNC parameters can also be modified for tarmac use. For gravel in more demanding categories or on very rough stages, the reinforced version offers greater lateral strength. Tell us the specific application — car model, regulatory category and type of terrain — and we will confirm the ideal specification.
How long does a Cinel wheel order take to arrive?
As they are made to order in Italy, lead times are longer than for stock wheels. Depending on the model, the chosen specification and Cinel's production workload, the usual lead time is between 3 and 6 weeks. If you have a competition on a specific date, contact us well in advance to confirm availability and the exact lead time before placing your order.
