Gaz Shocks
The
company was founded in 1967 in the United Kingdom, initiating the company's expansion into the world of competition and quickly achieving ISO 9001 and shortly after TÜV certification.Gaz Shocks offers two ranges of adjustable suspension in height and hardness (compression and extension in a single adjustment) called GHA and GGA.
- The Gaz GHA range is designed for sport use on street vehicles. This range allows the height and hardness of the shock absorber to be modified while maintaining a compromise between performance and comfort, at an economical price. The shock absorber bodies and shafts are shortened to allow a height adjustment range from 25 to 60 mm.
- The Gaz GGA range is designed for use in competition, track day or for the most demanding on the street. The main differences with the GHA range are the robustness with which these shock absorbers are manufactured, due to the fact that they are designed for competition. The hardness can be regulated in compression and extension by means of a regulating wheel integrated into the outer body of the shock absorber for better access when the suspension is mounted on the vehicle.
Threaded cylinders mostly have an outer diameter of 62 mm to increase the oil holding capacity for greater and better cooling of the system.
The rods are manufactured with a diameter of 22 mm and reinforced with chrome steel to prolong the life of the shock absorber and make it more resistant to the appearance of fatigue and wear.
When placing the order, the final use of the vehicle must be specified in order to select the appropriate settings (asphalt, gravel, circuit...)
