Forged Connecting Rods

Forged cranks are made from a steel alloy and in the most advanced preparations they can be made from titanium or aluminium, and can be manufactured by forging or machining.

The connecting rod's mission is to serve as a connection between two moving mechanical parts: the crankshaft and the pistons .

Depending on their cross section, we can find three types of connecting rods : I-type (used in production vehicles), H-type (used in high-power vehicles), and +-type.
